Premium entitlement may be verified using purchase tokens and related transaction metadata. Unless otherwise required by law or Google Play policy, purchases and refunds are handled through Google Play.
7. Account and data deletion
You may delete your Remero account and associated data in the app through Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion at Account and Data Deletion. Some limited data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or accounting records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Remero
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Remero. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce your rights without notice where notice is required by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Remero at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause legal exposure, or misuse the service.

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meroviq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
