Account and Data Deletion
Delete in the app
You can delete your Remero account and associated data in the Remero app:
Settings > Information > Account and Data Deletion
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access Remero, contact us at remero@meroviq.com and request account and data deletion.
To help us identify the correct account, please include one or more of the following if available: your Remero user ID or support ID, the email address you use for support contact, and a short statement that you are requesting account and data deletion.
We usually complete deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the account.
What is deleted
When deletion is completed, we delete or de-identify app account data and user-created content associated with the Remero account we can identify, including saved names or labels, messages, photos, thumbnails, profile-related records, friend or chat-related records, and related app records.
What may be retained
Limited data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, purchase/accounting records, or to complete the deletion process. For details, see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Retention period
Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten or removed through our backup cycle.
Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, purchase/accounting records, or completion of the deletion process may be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우
Remero 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 remero@meroviq.com으로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청해 주세요.
올바른 계정을 식별할 수 있도록 가능한 경우 Remero 사용자 ID 또는 지원 ID, 문의에 사용하는 이메일 주소, 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 요청한다는 간단한 문장을 포함해 주세요.
계정 확인 후 합리적인 기간 내에 삭제 요청을 처리합니다.
삭제되는 정보
삭제가 완료되면 식별 가능한 Remero 계정과 관련된 앱 계정 데이터 및 이용자 생성 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 비식별화합니다. 여기에는 저장된 이름 또는 라벨, 메시지, 사진, 썸네일, 프로필 관련 기록, 친구 또는 채팅 관련 기록 및 관련 앱 기록이 포함될 수 있습니다.
보유될 수 있는 정보
보안, 사기 방지, 백업 무결성, 법적 준수, 분쟁 해결, 구매·회계 기록 또는 삭제 절차 완료를 위해 필요한 제한적 정보는 보유될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 및 이용약관을 확인해 주세요.
보관 기간
삭제된 데이터는 백업 주기에 따라 최대 90일 동안 백업에 남아 있을 수 있으며, 이후 덮어쓰기 또는 삭제됩니다.
보안, 사기 방지, 분쟁 해결, 법적 준수, 구매·회계 기록 또는 삭제 절차 완료에 필요한 제한적 기록은 해당 목적에 필요한 기간 또는 관련 법령에서 요구하는 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
