Child Safety Standards
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Remero prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms children. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to use Remero to exploit or endanger a child.
Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or any content that facilitates CSAE.
2. In-app reporting
Remero provides in-app reporting features that allow users to report inappropriate content, abusive behavior, impersonation, harassment, spam, fraud, and other safety concerns.
Users can report child safety concerns through the in-app report feature. Remero reviews reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or take other appropriate action.
3. Action on CSAM and CSAE
When Remero obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity, we take appropriate action in accordance with our published standards and applicable law. This may include removing content, disabling access, preserving relevant records, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant regional authorities where required or appropriate.
4. Compliance with child safety laws
Remero complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and maintain procedures for handling reports involving child safety concerns.
