5. How we use information

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate Remero, including Google Firebase and Google Cloud services, Google Play services for purchases and premium entitlement verification, and support tools used to respond to inquiries.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate notice where required.

7. International processing

Remero may use service providers that process information in countries other than where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards provided by our service providers or required by law.

8. Data retention

We retain app account data and user-created content while your account or app profile is active or as needed to provide Remero. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated app account data and user-created content, unless we need to retain limited information for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or purchase/accounting records.

Backup copies, logs, and security records may remain for a limited period before deletion according to our operational and provider retention cycles.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your Remero account and associated data in the app through Settings > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through our public deletion page: Account and Data Deletion.

Deletion requests may require information that helps us identify the correct account, such as your Remero user ID, support ID, or the email address used in your support request.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including Firebase security controls, access restrictions, and encrypted transmission where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Remero is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Remero, contact us at support@meroviq.com.

12. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact support@meroviq.com or use the account deletion page where applicable.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this site with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
